The property is Grade II* listed and located on the southern end of Whitcomb Street, adjacent to 5-6 Pall Mall East. It comprised the former stables for the townhouses in Suffolk Street over the ground and  first floors and a gallery space at third floor.


Planning and listed building consent were obtained for conversion to office. Works commenced on site at the end of 2007 with the tenant, London First, taking occupancy mid 2008.
