68 Cannon Street was constructed in the late 19th century as a large wholesale warehouse. The building was purchased in 2006 from Banco Totta.


Planning and Conservation area Consent was granted for the Change of use to a Apart-Hotel in 2008 and shell works were completed in 2009. The building was then sold with consent in 2010 to City Apartments.
